Steven Chang is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Steven Chang, Esq. is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and Rutgers University Law School.

Mr. Chang represents clients in cases involving Caribbean business transactions and disputes, both international, federal and domestic criminal defense matters as well as business immigration and international personal injury cases both in the State of New York and LAtin America as well as the Caribbean.

Steven Chang has worked in private practice for 15 years in the State of New York.  In addition to English, Mr. Chang speaks Spanish, Korean and Chinese.
